Business Background:
Mr. Liu is the founder, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Symbigene, Inc., a California biopharmaceutical company, since 2003. Mr. Liu is also the founder, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Oncomax, Inc., a California biopharmaceutical company focusing on monoclonal antibody research and development. Oncomax is a wholly owned subsidiary of Symbigene, Inc. which shares an equal equity in Oncomax Acquisition Corporation with Enterprise Partners Venture Capital, the largest biotech venture group in Southern California.

Mr. Liu was the founder, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Zengen, Inc. since 1999. Under his leadership, Zengen engaged UBS Warburg and acquired Zicam product assets in Gel Tech, LLC in 2001. In 2002, Mr. Liu then initiated the transaction of selling the same assets to Gumtech International (Nasdaq:MTXX). Zengen sold its subsidiary Innozen, Inc. to Healthsport (HSPO) in 2007.

Since 1997, Mr. Liu was the founder, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Solidex Medical Systems, LLC, a California company specializing in cardiac monitoring business. Solidex Medical Systems was acquired by BevGlen Medical Corporation in 1999. From 1984 through 1995, Mr. Liu was the founder, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Solidex, Inc., a California corporation focusing in consumer electronic products including mobile communications. Solidex, Inc. was acquired 1n 1995 by Unitech Industries, Corp., a Delaware corporation traded on Nasdaq.

Mr. Liu received his Master degree in Business Administration in California State University, Los Angeles in 1979.

Bruce A. Cole

Chairman, Mamtek International, Ltd. a Hong Kong company and its wholly owned Chinese subsidiary, formed to manufacture and market sucralose.

Mr. Cole is also Vice Chairman of China Consolidated Investments, LTD (CCIL)., a Chinese Company with principal offices in Beijing and Hong Kong. CCIL is a diversified investment company. Mr. Cole is Vice Chairman of Morgan Stern Merchant Bank, with offices in Beijing and Hong Kong; since 2003, he has been the managing member of Morgan Stern Realty Holdings, LLC, a commercial real estate investment group located in Beverly Hills, CA.

Since 2006 Mr. Cole has been a member of the Board of Directors of Qinghai Investment Corporation, a diversified metals, energy, and mining company located in Qinghai Province, China. Mr. Cole is the Vice Chairman of Impulsora Mexicana De Petroquimicos, S.A. De C.V., a Mexican PetroChemical Company located in Mexico City, Mexico. From January 1999- January, 2007 Mr. Cole was involved with General Components, Inc (“GCI”), a publicly listed Chinese-based broadband and cellular technology company, initially as an investor and Director of GCI, and as Vice Chairman from December, 2001 to January, 2007; from August, 1997 to December, 1999, he was a member of the Board of Directors of Jinpan International Ltd., an AMEX listed company with its principal business in China. From 1996 to 1999, Mr. Cole was the President and a member of the Board of Directors of National Information Group and its five subsidiaries, a publicly traded company in the US with over 1,000 employees. In May 1999, National merged with First American Financial Corp., a NYSE listed company (symbol: FAF). He served as Special Counsel at Rubenstein & Perry from 1991-1994 where he assisted in managing assets of distressed companies and completed numerous corporate restructurings transactions involving the $2 billion conservation proceedings of Executive Life Insurance Company.

Mr. Cole was the founding member and President of a San Francisco based law firm from 1981-1990. Mr. Cole has been active in business in the PRC since 1985, first as a lawyer and then as a businessman. Mr. Cole has served on a number of corporate boards, both public and private. Mr. Cole earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from UCLA and a Juris Doctor degree from the University of San Francisco. He is married and resides in Beverly Hills, California.

Aram Chomia-Chavez

Aram is an emerging fund manager and Co-Founder of Pacific Investment Partners, a private equity firm focused on the funding and acquisition of small to middle companies in the Greater Southwest. His organization bridges gap between undercapitalized regional companies and the US money center/global capital markets. The financial advisory services include private placements, venture capital, business planning and corporate restructuring.

Aram’s Advisory Board ranges from an Honorary Consul—Arizona, of the U.K., to the Mergers & Acquisitions Director of Coors Brewing Co. The new arrival of Aram’s firm is a welcome face to Phoenix as one of the few firms actively reaching out to the Arizona investment community. Aram is a contributor and sponsor of Thunderbirds Private Equity Center.

Previously, Aram worked for AmeriFunds Diversified Funding managing its collateralized debt obligations division. Before this, Aram’s career started as a broker/trader at 21 years of age. He transitioned into the investment banking arena (i.e. bridge loans, private placements, IPO’s and occasionally debt financing) at Franklin-Lord, Inc., Dickenson & Co., Kensington Securities, and GunnAllen Financial. His experience, ranging from most to least: valuation of privately held companies (< $50mm), fiduciary, collateralized debt obligations, acquisitions, real estate and import/exportation. He is known to carry a contrarian view of investing.

His education ranges from studying abroad at the Collegio de Cervantes, Guad., MX., to the University of Arizona and University of Phoenix. Lastly, Aram is currently an EMBA student at Thunderbird, School of Global Management.

George Drucker is RF|Binder Partners Chief Marketing Officer. He brings more than 25+ years of award winning marketing experience, covering a broad spectrum of industry sectors — from healthcare to technology, from consumer to business-to-business. And he’s implemented programs using just about every tool in the box (and created some new ones along the way) ranging from sports and special events to promotions and seminars.

Prior to joining RF|Binder Partners, George held senior management positions with Edelman Worldwide, (EVP/General Manager of their New York and Los Angeles offices; Worldwide Director of Sports and Special Events; and Creative Director for their 10 offices in Asia/Pacific), Burson Marsteller (EVP and Managing Director of the Marketing Practice), and Jordan, McGrath, Case and Taylor Advertising where he was a partner in the agency’s public relations subsidiary (Stawasz-Drucker Communications).

George’s clients have run the gamut from Fortune 500 mega-brands and corporations such as healthcare giants SmithKline Beecham (Contact Cold and Allergy; Ecotrin), Warner-Lambert (heart medication Lopid, Rolaids) and Kraft General Foods, Pillsbury, Union Carbide, Nissan, Fuji Film, Time-Warner and McGraw-Hill to startups such as Zyman Marketing Group, Health Allies, Inc, iMotors and e-surance. Additionally he has conducted award-winning marketing campaigns for healthcare agencies such as the California Breast Cancer Awareness Program, the Northwestern University Medical Center and a host of others.

His expertise in the introduction of new healthcare products includes award winning campaigns for Tums (a total repositioning of the product from “Tums for the Tummy” to the definitive calcium supplement for women to combat osteoporosis); the roll-out of “ZiCam”—the first OTC zinc nasal spray which shortens the duration of a cold from 14 days to 36 hours (positive publicity from the introduction resulted in 50,000 retail outlets carrying the product); the launch of the first FDA approved OTC ibuprofin Advil from Whitehall Laboratories. Additional award-winning healthcare programs he helped create and implement included the State of California Dept. of Public Health Breast Cancer Awareness promotion “Every Woman Counts—Every Year” and the Evanston Hospital/Northwestern Medical Center Capital Expansion Campaign.

George has won more than 25 national awards for the development and implementation of innovative marketing communications programs. These include three Silver Anvils from the Public Relations Society of America; two CIPRA Awards from Inside PR Magazine; two Golden Apple Awards from the New York PRSA; 15 Golden Trumpet Awards from the Publicity Club of Chicago; and most recently, four PRO Awards from the Los Angeles Publicity Club. He has been selected among the top 100 creative public relations professionals in America by PR Quarterly Magazine and has been listed for the past several years in “Who’s Who In Public Relations.”

George holds a bachelor’s degree in journalism from Northern Illinois University and was just short his thesis for a Master’s Degree in political science from Northeaster Illinois University.
